Introduction

This DMCA Takedown Policy applies exclusively to reports of copyright infringement on B4IT.co. While we are not U.S.-based, we voluntarily comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") to protect intellectual property rights.

DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedures

1. Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on B4IT, provide our Designated Copyright Agent with:

   • Name

   • Address

   • Phone number

   • Email

2. Copyright details:

   • A description of the original work

   • URL(s) of the infringing content on B4IT

3. Legal statements:

   • A good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized

   • A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate

4. Signature:

   • Electronic or physical signature of the rights holder or authorized agent

2. Takedown Process

• We expeditiously remove or disable access to infringing content.

• We notify the affected user and provide them with your complaint.

• Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

If your notice is incomplete, we may attempt to contact you for corrections.

3. Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, submit a counter-notice with:

1. Removed content details:

   • Description + original URLs

2. Your contact information:

   • Name, address, phone, email

3. Legal statements:

   • A good-faith belief the removal was a mistake

   • Consent to U.S. federal court jurisdiction (if outside the U.S., consent to any jurisdiction where B4IT operates)

4. Signature:

   • Electronic or physical

• If no legal action is filed within 10–14 days, we may restore the content.
