Welcome to B4IT.co (the "Platform"), operated by B4IT Media Inc. ("B4IT," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Platform. By accessing or using B4IT, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility & Account Terms

1.1 Age Requirement

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use B4IT.

  • Creators must undergo identity verification (government ID + selfie).

1.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining accurate account information.

    • Keeping login credentials secure.

    • All activity under your account.

  • Prohibited: Sharing accounts, impersonation, or fraudulent behavior.

1.3 Account Termination

  • B4IT may suspend or terminate accounts for:

    • Violations of these Terms.

    • Illegal or harmful activity.

    • Payment fraud or chargebacks.

2. Content & Conduct Rules

2.1 Permitted Content

  • Creators may post original adult or non-adult content if:

    • It complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.

    • It is legal in your jurisdiction and B4IT’s.

2.2 Prohibited Content

🚫 Strictly forbidden:

  • Non-consensual, underage, or illegal material.

  • Violence, hate speech, or harassment.

  • Copyrighted content (unless you own it).

2.3 Content Moderation

  • B4IT may remove content that violates policies.

  • Repeat violations may result in account bans.

3. Payments & Earnings

3.1 Creator Earnings

  • Revenue Share: 80% to Creators, 20% to B4IT (after payment processing fees and affilliate referal commisions.

  • Payout Minimum: $100.

  • Processing Time: Up to 14 business days.

3.2 Fan Payments

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

  • No refunds for used services (except as required by law).

3.3 Taxes

  • Creators are responsible for reporting income.

  • B4IT may issue tax forms (e.g., 1099) if required.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Creator Ownership

  • You retain rights to original content you upload.

  • By posting, you grant B4IT a non-exclusive license to distribute it.

4.2 Copyright Claims

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1 Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Wyoming law (if U.S.-based) or applicable jurisdiction.

5.2 Arbitration Agreement

  • Disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration (no class actions).

6. Limitation of Liability

  • B4IT is not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

    • Third-party conduct (e.g., payment processors).

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice.

  • Continued use means acceptance of changes.
